I received oral sex from a transperson. I used protection and I did not ejaculate. Then I went home and masturbated. Is there any chance of receiving any kind of STD, like NGU, or am I just feeling the guilt and paranoia of doing something that I shouldn't have been doing while drunk?

The gender identity of a person doesn’t change the risk of spreading an STD -- a mouth is a mouth is a mouth. People with more than one partner may put themselves at more risk for getting an STD. In your case, you tried hard to lower that risk by using a condom and not cumming in your partner’s mouth.

Urethritis is an irritation of the urethra -- the tube can carries urine and cum thru the penis. Urethritis can be caused by many different germs and some well known ones like gonorrhea and chlamydia. NGU is short for non-gonococchal urethritis, or urethritis caused by germs other than gonorrhea.

Using a condom during oral sex should greatly lower the chance of getting any germs into the urethra. It is also very common for people who go outside their relationship for sex to get symptoms and think they have an STD.
