QUESTION
I met someone and we gave each other hand jobs. Besides that, he briefly licked my chest, scrotum, shaft of penis (not on the head), and the area between scrotum and anus (not on anus). Later on he told me he was HIV positive.

I just tested negative for STD and HIV two months ago and have not had any sex activities since then. I am wondering if I am at any kind of risk for STDs because of his licking me?

In terms of HIV transmission, licking and hand jobs are safer sex, , especially in the areas you mentioned.
